Should we do more than paid for?
This is a huge question for me.
Should I do more than I am paid for?
I can know A LOT OF THINGS. But, when the boss only paid for part of my skill set. I tend to just do what I am paid for.
As you paid me for my content creation skills, I will work for that only.
Of course, if doing some extra work can make my life easier, I will. But I won’t share it.
Especially when bosses in HK somehow tend to take credit for what others did.
So any thoughts on this from the world? This problem really bugs me. Because I am facing it now
