Why is discipline so important when you want to earn more

Discipline, something we learned about since we are kids but still struggle to archive as adult. It is also the key to freedom and learn more. I know this for a long time, I read about this many time. But I am not doing well.

I become a believer of discipline after I gradually benefits from it

It is how you get your time back, fix all your problems, get a better life. And most importantly earn more money.
